Terms and Conditions of Use – Survey Participation

This survey was prepared by Surroundings (Suzie Wiley and Laura Pascoe) for use by Anglican Church Grammar School and is delivered through Wiley & Co Pty Ltd (ABN 40 010 604 869), Level 3, 100 Ipswich Road, Woolloongabba QLD 4102. By participating in this survey, you agree to the following terms.

1.1 Content

(a) The materials in this survey—including, but not limited to, text, graphics, feedback, photographs, trademarks, logos, music, code, artwork and hyperlinks (Content)—are provided for educational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice.

(b) The survey and its Content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

(c) To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wiley & Co Pty Ltd disclaims all warranties, including those of merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for purpose, and freedom from viruses.

(a) All personal or sensitive data (e.g. age, gender, ethnicity, postcode) will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will remain confidential.

(b) Individual responses will not be publicly attributed and will not be released in any way that identifies you.

(c) By participating, you agree that:

  • Your responses may be included in aggregated data reporting;

  • De-identified quotes may be used in reporting or communications about the project;

  • Data may inform planning, design, and strategy development for the school.
